How far in advance should I book a tour?
We recommend booking at least 4-6 weeks in advance, especially during peak season (June-October). For group tours or custom itineraries, 2-3 months advance booking is ideal.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards, bank transfers, and PayPal. A 30% deposit is required to confirm your booking, with the balance due 30 days before the tour start date.
Do you offer airport pickup services?
Yes, we provide complimentary airport transfers for all our multi-day tour packages. For day tours, airport transfers can be arranged at an additional cost.
Can you arrange accommodation?
Most of our tour packages include accommodation. We work with a variety of hotels and lodges to suit different budgets and preferences.
